I have had a Vita-Mix 1300 TurboBlend 4500 for a considerable time now, right from the days when I still was a want-to-be chef, and had considered it to be a brilliant find for a modest sum, with all those functionalities.

Though I am a chef today in a renowned restaurant, I still swear by my Vita-Mix 1300 TurboBlend 4500, as it has been delivering the promised consistent performance every single time I use it.

I first saw the Blendtec TB-621-20 in a Blendtec roadshow, and was still skeptic about its performance when I reluctantly ordered for one – the price seemed quite modest, and I really needed a smoothie maker and blender.

However, my skepticism changed to wonder once I started to use it, for it is spectacular how its two-pronged blade which reduces almost everything down to a pulp – whether it is fruits and vegetables, soup ingredients, or even ice! perfect for smoothie recipes.

I love how Blendtec TB-621-20 has replaced around seven to nine other kitchen appliances, and does their various jobs as well!

I think of my Cuisinart CBT-1000 PowerEdge as a mega monster of a blender, simply because of the kinds of jobs that this countertop appliance can accomplish effortlessly – from grinding flour and making a dough for the bread, grinding coffee for the roasting process, pureeing and blending vegetables for a vegan soup, to whipping up the perfect and most delicious smoothies ever.

My friends and neighbors swear by the smoothies and soups, and my home has become the new gathering place for the weekends for friends to the colleagues who are diehard fans of the perfect smoothies recipes, thanks to my Cuisinart CBT-1000 PowerEdge blender.
